Increment
I receive my increment letter yesterday. Somehow it's below the expectation and lower than last few years when the company don't have much job that time.
According to the info is that we loss money for the projects that we had done in the last year. So far I know there are more than 5 projects I had fully commissioned, and most of then are loss money.
I'm wonder, maybe I should told my boss that they can reduce my salary since the company loss money, therefore I also embarrassed to ask more from them.
Maybe I should told my boss about this tomorrow, see I can help them or not.
perhaps you should ask your boss to also reduce the other engineer's salary, especially those that just basically do nothing and ask other people to do this and to do that. also maybe the boss can reduce their's also ? The company is more important. Maybe all the staff should sell their car below market value and donate it to the company since. I think in your case the company is making money, only 'not enough' to satisfy some or all of the bosses...but at least you have good allowance and can go to trip every year. not like me have to suffer everday see stupid machines and can only either go to batam, bangkok, these type of places...
ReplyDeletecutie, you got the point. where got max limit for money. for a poor guy, a thousand is a lot, but for someone here, a million is not enough to pay their car maintenances.

hey, you should start propose some automation for your factory lah. at least got some new thing to do and see, or else you will be come more and more kayu XD
