If you go pasar and buy 1kg sugar, people will give you 1kg of sugar. If you found out that they give you 0.9kg only, you can sue them for cheating you.
But we are robbed by our biggest internet service provider and we can say nothing.

Then, i call to the Plumber man, he said "Call back to my office "TOP FXXX". So, i call back to the company, that girl said "I will call the Plumber man"
After that i wait for nothing, i call back to the company, she "You wait la". Shit this kind of service.... what can i do?
"F" the consumer rights! the rights are there to only protect "cronies". i had enough of complaining to streamyx for downtime. i hope that their competitors will come up with ideas to give them a run for their money. for now i have no choice but to bear with it but will guarantee change providers if given a choice.
ReplyDeletei am seriouslly considering alternatives, like Maxis or Jaring BroadBand. the problem is that i stay in USJ 16 and the coverage for both wired & wireless service may not extend to my area
