yk told me that it should be 2007 instead of 2008, so i changed the title.

ReplyDeletea worker who is obediently work for his boss and for those ranked above him or below him until he/she don't have his/her own time... and at the end, his/her remunation is same or lower than those deadwoods.
i think this should be very accurate to define the sohai.
thanks yk for the definition. i think most of this company's engineers are sohai.
ReplyDeletemost of the time we say we going to quit, but at the end we still finish regardless of our personal life.
i dont know how lucky is my director, he manage to get tonne of sohai to work for him. hope he can appreciate these engineers. although we dont talk too much or sometime have a bad outlook, but we are the best of the best.
