A new year wish

Tomorrow is the last day of Chinese New Year, after so many busy days, finally most of the tasks have been completed. I wish next week I can have a noon nap with my princess.

Ok, not intend to write too much today, just want to make a wish that my princess can go and watch this movie with me.

p.s. my desktop is getting slower and slower :(

Happy re-working day

Today I started to work, back to office, alone. Everyone is still having their holiday, but I just come back to office since people say today is good day to start working.

Nothing much done, just spring cleaning my table after a year, find sub-cont and have a lunch and chit-chat about the future job, tidy up some admin staff, go shopping for my house item :p

This new year is very different from my previous one cause I still tidy up my house into move in condition, the works like never end, the list are getting longer and longer when I start work on an area. Hopefully, I can settle it very soon.

Didn't go anyway this new year, hope this year I can bring my family for a vacation near by.

My princess is getting naughtier, my wife always complain my daughter act like me, but I'm not so sure about that, the only thing I'm sure is she got very bad temper. Anyway, hope she can grow up healthier and happier this year.

OK, for those start working today, wish you a happy beginning and a fruitful year, and for those still holiday, enjoy your holiday with your family.

Happy Chinese New Year

So, finally it's new year eve, a day that we had waited for the whole year. This year Chinese New Year is definitively one of the best cause we going to have a very very long holiday, I pray hard so that no one call me in the middle of the night to go to site, ah-men.

So, this year is slightly different, cause I'm going to bring my princess to have new year eve lunch and dinner at both our parents house. Hope she can behave herself, or else I will cut some of her angpao :p

This year is dragon year, and according to the history, dragon year always a global business recession year. I met one in year 2001 when I just graduate from university. I still remember I was so desperate until I apply almost any job available in the paper advertisement and jobstreet, even a technician job. And I believe me and my wife are very lucky cause finally we got a very good offer. Me in the air-cond line and she at the water line. I resigned last year (maybe due to the unpeaceful rabbit year) and she was promoted. So, as long as you willing to work, these is nothing to scare of.

Lunar new year 2009

This year is a niu (cow) year, and today is 2nd day of the lunar new year. So what I did these few days?

Well, nothing much actually. First of all, I like to read about the astrology in the beginning of the year. If you ask me do I believe or not, I would say I only believe those are good and forget those are not good. It is simple, if you believe then you have it, if you don't then you wouldn't. Anyway, while you reading these astrology, basically, it is a reminder. It remind you take care you health, be careful of what you said, be careful while driving, etc.

So what astrology say about me? The fire snake. I quote this from Joey Yap web page.

I'm not a psychologist, but what I saw is that, men are very weak in handling their life, that why we have something call government, king, leader, hero, horoscope, astrology, and please forgive me if you feel uncomfortable, religion.

I don't understand why 911 happen, I also don't understand why people killing each other using the name of God.

Million of man killed because of a word from a stupid sohai. Why we need to give our life because of a drunken man or maybe a psychologically illness idiot? Can you explain to me?

According to the statistic, the most popular book is about astrology. I think everyone want to become a millionaire without putting their effort out. They just hope putting something or moving something in their house can bring wealth and luck or maybe a million dollar will drop suddenly from sky.

I believe fung shui. Basically, fung shui talk about harmonic by studying the environment. If a house have good air circulation and calm environment, it will create health. And with good health, it create wealth and happiness. It is just simple.

In science we believe that the truth can be describe by simple rule and formula. If it's too complicated, it may not be true or it's only true for very specific condition. So please don't change your front door to back because of fung shui.

Happy Chinese New Year

Well, 1 year pasted and it's Chinese New Year again.

Ok, don't ask about when I going to give angpao. I don't want to say any bad word these few days. And for those married, remember you still need to give me angpao although I said last year I don't want any. Please tell me girl to marry me this year or else you all need to give me angpao no matter you like it or not.

Then about the conclusion about last year. It not a very good year for me. I had been worked like no day and night, but at the end, I feel like do it for fun and no one care about the hardworking that I had put in. Anyway, once again it's new year so I don't want to say any bad word. I just hope next year I can be more wisely and fair to myself.
