Finland
I'm spending most of my evening time walking around the city, really enjoyable, although walking alone. The weather is cool, most of the time my right hand is frozen due to holding camera all the time. It's difficult to wear glove when you want to take photo, anyway, it is not that cold after awhile.
Meal time is always a difficult time for me cause I really don't know what is written in the menu. I only know something call fish, chicken, lamb and pork and I cant found these words in the menu :( People like to talk how great they are and how knowledgeable. I sit there like a kayu. I miss nasi lemak :_(
Working is tire, not because of works, as usual because of human. Well, I better forget it now.
Will be stayed at Paris for a night, will try to go Paris city to hunt the Eiffel tower :)
Ok, that all for today. Wish it is a sunny day at Paris :)

Finland
Well, it is 10.30PM already, almost 48 hours didn't sleep already. Taking night flight is killing me -.-
Finally I touch down at Finland at 2.30PM. Ok, before I forget, there is not len lui sit beside me from Dustyland to Paris (-.- someone curse me, i think), but lucky enough, no lady boy sit beside me also :p
Reach Paris around 7AM and get the transit at Terminal 2, and guess what, I'm so lucky to see a group of Japanese school girl queuing at the boarding gate there. Wow, so sweet, so kawaii, hehe. Thankew you for the consolation price.
Finland is like a very small town if looking from the plane. Not much tall buildings. What I can see from the plane is yellow and green tree and field with houses scatter around. Very nice view actually. After checked in to the hotel, I walk around the Helsinki city center area. With the cold weather (7 Deg. C) and the yellowish tree, it is just so beautiful. All the tire suddenly just disappear.
At night, I'm having dinner with the client at the restaurant (Papa Giovanni). I'm not very particular on food, so, not bad the serving, just have to wait very long time and expensive if convert the currency -.-
Ok, going to sleep now. Tomorrow not sure what will happen, hopefully is a good luck day for me again.
P.S. I saw some Japanese teens staying at same hotel, hehe, no sure...

It's Friday again
As usual, I like to write blog on holiday, and today is Friday and it is a off day for me cause Dustyland don't work on Friday.
What to write today? Ok, start from work first.
I'm going to Finland tonight for a factory acceptance test for inverter. Thank you to FanShue for preparing the submission for me, I owe you a fridge magnet. I try to get for you this time :p
I'm flying again tonight, thanks to God that I do not need to become zookeepers tonight. And again, I implore you, my God, please mercy me by sending a lenlui to sit beside me tonight. Thankew you. Transit at Paris and will reach Helsinki in the evening.
Will be at Finland for 5 days before I back to Dustyland. This time will stay 1 night at Paris due to the connecting flight is not possible, hehe, thankew you God. And the bad news is, the sohai Toh set me up by disclose my itinerary >( I hate him >"<
Anyway, I know I'm always a good luck person, all the while I'm very good luck. Let see what happen next. I got few hours to walk in Paris and I promise to my apprentice, UMG with BS spirit, that I going to take the Eiffel tower photo for her. I hope I wouldn't disappoint her and myself.
I learn two French from Cheong, bonju when start talking to people, then miasi for thankew you. Hope I don't get lost.

Taiwan: Day 1
As promise in my previous blog, I try to write down my travel story about Taiwan.
We reached Taipei airport about 4PM due to the delay of our beloved aviation, AirAsia. From the airport, we went to Taipei city by bus and we stop at the Taipei central station. From there, we went to Ximending (西门町) using LRT.
After checked in to the hotel, I found that my bag is wet -.-, the stupid AirAsia didn’t cover their customer’s luggage when they are loading it to the plane. Half of my luggage is wet. And I have to hang all my underwear around the hotel room -.-, stupid airline. The lesson here is, if you are using this stupid airline, please cover your clothes with a plastic bag before you put it into the luggage.
After settle the hotel, we went to walk around the Ximending street. A very nice place, full with youngster, especially those pretty mei mei #^.^#, very enjoyable walk. We have some snacks there, walking and eating, very relaxing night.
After filled up our tummy, we decided to go to the Taipei city and visit the famous book store ChengPin (成品). Once reached in front of the book store, we saw the Taipei 101 but without light -.- maybe they are having energy saving exercise. Well, good for our earth.
After taking some photos of the 101, I went to search for my sister souvenir, a book authored by 小S. I’m surprise my sister asked me to buy a book, basically that what she hate most. My doubt cleared after she open the book, I only realize, it’s a comic book -.-
We went back to the hotel before 12AM since that is the last LRT train we can use. While working back to hotel, we have some photo with my idol, Rainie Yang. Huan not sure is drunk or too sad, he tried to kiss her -.- and there is a CCTV monitoring these 6 sohais doing some stupid thing there :)
Well, that’s the end of day one @ Taiwan.

About love
Love is like planting an unknown seed. No one knows what kind of fruit or flower it will be until you plant it and put your effort to grow it. No one knows when it will get flowering. If you are planting a water melon, you can harvest in few months time; if it is a mango tree, maybe it takes few years; worst a durian tree, it will take long long time to wait for the harvesting.
Some plants need less care, some need more. Some plants only need you to put the seed to the earth and it will grow; other just needs extra care to prevent it from dying. No matter what plant you are planting, putting effort to watering and taking care the plant is your duty to make sure it grows up healthy.
If there is a seed in your hand, please don’t hesitate to start planting. Some seeds just can’t wait. No one can predict the future, but if you don’t take the first step to start the planting, I can predict you will just look at the dying seed.
Whether your reward will proportional to the effort you had put in, no one can tell you now, only time will tell. Even you can’t reach the harvesting stage, please thanks to him / her for their effort to being with you.

Taiwan: Prologue
Finally I went to Taiwan from 1/9/09 until 8/9/09 with another five friends for a vacation. I try to record down the interesting places that I’d been went to as much detail as I can. Hope it is useful for other reader who wants to travel to Taiwan by free and easy mode.
Before I continue on the trip detail, there is something about Taiwan.
1. About girl first, please don’t complain :p, Taiwanese girl always know how to dress themselves. Therefore, it is always a very nice view on the street with the pretty girls walking around.
2. The transportation around the Taipei city is very complete. Just get a day pass (NT180) and you can travel around Taipei city by LRT or bus. Very convenience. But if you plan to travel outside Taipei city, the best way is still get a yellow cab. Slightly expensive but save lot of time. And those taxi drivers are very familiar with that entire tourist attraction place.
3. Taiwan has various kind of snack. Try whatever you can but please bear in mind that not all snacks can meet your expectation. Anyway, no harm to try. Try to ask the local people for advice.
4. Ximending is a very nice place to stay. First of all the hotel is cheap; secondly, the transportation is very convenience. And most of the hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi service. So bringing mininote or mobile PC is the best idea travelling around while you can online to check your email or FB or blog
5. 7-11 is just few steps from you. You will see everywhere is 7-11, very convenience.
Ok, let go to the itinerary summary.
1/9 – Fly from LCCT to Taipei. Walking around Ximending and Taipei city.
2/9 – To JingGuaShi (金瓜石), then JiuFen (九份) then Danshui (淡水, 渔人码头) and finally Shilin night market (士林夜市).
3/9 – To TaiChong (台中), then to Puli (埔里) and stop at Sun Moon Lake (日月潭).
4/9 – From Sun Moon Lake (日月潭) to CingJing (清静) and have a night there.
5/9 – From CingJing (清静) to HeHuan mount (合欢山) then travel through very challenging mount road to HuaLian (花莲).
6/9 – From HuaLian (花莲) go back to Taroko (太鲁阁) for the wonderful Taroko. Next continue to back to Taipei through the west coast and stop at ChingShui (清水短崖) for photo taking.
7/9 – Travel around Taipei city.
8/9 – Walking around Ximending and to airport and back to Bolehland.
I will try to elaborate detail of each place in the coming blog. Hope I still able to deliver all the information I had. Ok, that all for today.

Busy week
This week a busy week for me but still not that "really" busy. Manage to run one of my plant in fully auto mode. Nothing much bugs need to clear this time. I'm quite surprise. Not much challenge :) hope next project can be more complicated a bit. Hope my control people didn't read my blog. Looking forward to a more intelligent system in my next project, to the another level of pinnacle.
It is always my habit to give the best control system based on my available knowledge by using all the instruments and equipments I have. I don't like to use a Ferrari to tell you how fast I can go, but I like to use a Kancil to show you I can go faster than lot of big cars. That is my power to move me forward. Anyway, like all the lansi designer characteristic, I welcome suggestion, but I don't welcome instruction. I believe that a masterpiece can only done by a creator not creators. It will become rubbish when everyone come and put their hand on the work. You either end with a double works to clean the shit or you let the masterpiece become rubbish.
It's end of August, time just too fast for me or maybe I should say I'm too slow to catch the time. Getting old, can't run too fast. Ya, talking about running, I hope I can run at the coming marathon event and hope I don't get fainted :)
Ok, next week go to Taiwan to have some rest with my friends. Hope can take some nice picture and show you all.

It's 5.30am
This is my third time I wake up at 5.30am, I think something wrong with my body clock. Anyway, tonight I will get myself a coke blended Chivas before sleep :)
My natural enemy, Mr. Toh, going back to Dustyland today. I wish him a safe journey and having a good luck to meet a pretty girl in the flight. Bro, we can tell you everything techniques and way to tackle a girl, but we can't do it for you, so please action. there is a group of genius behind you to support you on the technical side. The consultation is free of charge.
Huan is flying to Kiasiland today and he is very worry now. We scare him, his friends scare him also and worst thing is he scare himself, hahahaha... Don't worry bro, just tell her you true feeling about her and even she reject you AGAIN, you are still a VIP for her. Anyway, I don't want to drunk myself when you back, we all hope to celebrate another happy couple. Good luck!
Lum has ended his single life since last few months, I think, and I know his girl, underage girl from Mars, quite well, cause both of us are quite lansi and cha people without thinking of consequences. Bro, having a school girl as your girl friend is definitely not an easy task, and I know you can handle it well.
My latest friend, Elaine, still an underage young lady. Get to know her because of Toh. She is a very sporty girl and once she start talking, she will cheer you up by either burning you or burning herself to make you laugh. A very nice friend that you don't want to miss. Girl, study hard and play hard before you step into the adult world.
My wild horse, Mr. Sam, has changed his look after we lectured him for more than three weeks. His sensors are a bit dumb to sense the environment. The way he talk still very straight and no f care one. This type of human has extinct since Jurassic age, cause their simple mindset. Sam, Earth is a very dangerous place, you faster go back to Mars la. Anyway, I welcome you to Earth.
Our office only female engineer, Losnie, is getting marry soon. By the way, just to clarify something here; girl, I didn't disclose your wedding plan, my boss don't know receive from who. Anyway, it is a happy news, concratulation. And for 001, bro, I still have to put this number to represent you since you still not yet officially tell us :), well done!
Chin's wife is oversea and that bugger asking us to go clubbing with him -.-
Bro, I need to put this face to convince my girl that I'm not going with you, sms me the time and place :p
Ngu and Jamie nothing special, still the same, except they try to poison me with E71 and luckily I can tahan that poison, hahahaha, bros, I'm genius you know.

It is 2913th days
Thank to my girl remind me that today is 2913th days I'd worked in my current company.
First of all, I would like to thanks to my manager for choosing me as his engineer. And also want to apology to him since I'm the most failure subordinate he ever have.
Secondly, thanks to all seniors for guides to me all these years. Arigato.
Thirdly, thanks to all juniors for giving support to us. I hope all the juniors appreciate the working culture that we have maintained. With these spirits, we have the best team in town. Nothing can stop us.
Lastly, thanks to the company for paying me salary each month and thanks to bosses for giving bonus to us.

1st day @ Bolehland
Finally, I'd touch down safely at Bolehland Internation Airport yesterday. It has been long time I didn't see green huge threes and rain :p. Anyway, this is a very sensitive issue, therefore I stop describing the beauty of the nature or else my life will be in danger.
I'm lucky cause my cousin give me tickets to the concert held at Bukit Jalil. It's a very nice concert. Once again due to my limited English, I don't know how to describe the the concert. I found a video clip, I hope you enjoy it.
Just before the show start, the operator from one of my plants called me that the plant control system is down. Well, after more than 4 years of non-stop operation without maintenance, finally it break down. I called my S.I. for help and he is so kind enough to help me although he got very strong reasons to ignore my call. And guess what is the problem that cause the system broke down? :) HDD full!
Sometime, I felt very disassapointed with all these so called engineers that have been assigned to operate the plant. Maybe, you will think I'm lansi, but in this case, I'm not. I'm tired. I'm tired to receive a call in the mid night and ask me to go to site to reset a switch or to plug back a cable. And funny enough that the operator asked me a very stupid but very logical question, he asked Are u still working there? I wish to tell him no, but I didn't. I don't know until when my answer will become yes. I have no hope on that, just let the correct time come to change my answer.

Toh Principle
One day, my natural enemy, Mr. Toh, told me that based on his study and observation, he had concluded the following principle which named after his surname, Toh Principle:
Before I explain the Toh Principle, I would like to clarify the meaning of sohai in this theory.
Class, may I start to prove Toh Principle?
Ok, lets start.
Performance is defined as power, which is total works over time taken, therefore
Performance, P = Work (W) / Time (T)
From Pareto Principle, we know that 80% of the works is done by 20% individuals in an organization.
Let assume that, the ratio of sohai in an organization is x, and we substitute these informations into the formula.
P = W / T
= 80% works done by 20% individuals and the remaining 20% works done by the remaining 80% individual

80% of the 20% individuals' time and 20% of the 80% individuals' time
P = 0.8/0.2x + 0.2/0.8x
-------------------
0.8*0.2x + 0.2*0.8x
P = (17/4x) / 0.32x
= 13.3/x^2
We know that there are seven days in a week, but due to that we all are human and we need rest, (even God rest on Sunday), therefore, the maximum working time we can have is 6 days per week.
Therefore,
6 = 13.3 / x^2
x = sqrt(13.3 / 6)
x = 1.5
Therefore, you need at least 1.5 ratio of sohai in an organization if you need to maintain the smoothness of a task. If the ratio is drop, more time is needed and causing delay in the completion of the task.
Hereby, Toh principle is proven to be truth and nothing but the truth.
When the ratio of sohai is drop below 1.5, the performance will drop
Before I explain the Toh Principle, I would like to clarify the meaning of sohai in this theory.
Sohai is defined as individual who is giving output without counting the return or input. These individuals are against the law of physics because most of the time the output over input is above 1. Therefore, it does not obey the conservation of energy.

My blog and me
When I start this blog, my intention is very simple, I want to share my thought with my friends and families, and at the same time, just want to practice my English. My girl complains my English, and I told my natural enemy, Mr. Toh, that my English is very bad and he said my English is suck. Well, please forgive a Chinese educated engineer’s writing. That is my limit and I am practicing, I hope one day I can at least write a lovely poem for my girl.
What I wrote most? I don’t really go to do the statistic. I believe, mostly are related to my works. I guess I’m a boring guy :). Initially there are some bloggers around me, but one by one they abandon their blog. Maybe they just lack of idea to write, or maybe they just can’t found the reason to continue their blog. Maybe too much pressure given by some individuals. Not everyone can accept critic, that what I’d learned.
So, what make me continue writing? Less and less reader is visiting this blog :) but I still continue writing. I don’t how I can last until today, it’s look like a miracle for me. My friend once told me that every blog must has a theme and because of theme, it’s become difficult to maintain, because once the idea exhausted, the blog will end. Maybe my blog don’t have any theme :).
My girl always receives the most firsthand information from my blog, because I always hope to share all my thought with her. I don’t really very good in talking and express my feeling, maybe I’m an engineer. My logic is dominant my emotion. Unfortunately, my English is also too poor to let my girl understand my thought. Sometime, she felts that I’m complaining this world. But I didn’t and I will not do that.
Just like having dinner in a restaurant, if I felt that the soup is not nice, I will said the soup is not nice, but I will finish it even it is not nice in my point of view. Am I complaining? Some people may think yes, you are complaining. But I’m not. I only speak out my opinion on that soup; it is a fact or statement which is true from my point of view.
Writing is always one of my habits although it is not my talent. It helps me to balance myself and I was calmed once I wrote it.
I apology to all the reader if I make you feel that I’m complaining this world, complaining peoples around me and complaining myself. Please believe me that, I’m not. I only told you something that in my opinion it’s true for me.
